Ingredients

  • Muntons Premium Blonde
  • Black Rock amber malt extract 1.5kg
  • Dry corn syrup 250g
  • Finishing hops Golden Cluster pellets 5g
  • Safale yeast

Brewing Method

Use the standard beer brewing method

Final Volume 22L

OG 1050, FG 1016, ABV 5.2%

OG (Original Gravities) and FG (Final Gravities) are readings for the hydrometer. The FG of a recepie should not be the brewers final goal, only a guide.

ABV (Alcohol by volume) measures the percentage of alcohol contained in each batch
